Copper

It is found in legumes, nuts, raisins, fish and offals.

Copper deficiency causes anemia, discoloration of the skin and hair, cardiovascular and nervous system disorders and general weakness.

It is an essential component of many enzymes. It is also essential for elastin and collagen production, the formation of red blood cells and the transport of oxygen to tissues. It is necessary for healthy bones, cartilage, skin and hair.

Excessive zinc intake reduces copper absorption.

On the other hand, iron, cobalt and zinc increases its absorption.
